Sean Flowers
Sean Flowers has a background in Cybersecurity, focusing on education and strategic leadership. These focuses include planning for future cybersecurity demands while securing the present and translating industry job descriptions to educational curriculums. He has previously held positions as Chief Information Security Officer for the Department of Commerce, Security Director for Meta, and a Cyber Operations Officer in the Army Reserve. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, Graduate Certificate in Cyber Crime & Critical Infrastructure Protection, M.S in Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigation, M.A in Business Administration and pursing a doctorate in cybersecurity leadership at Capital Technology University.
Sean is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and the Army Reserve.

Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Barry Humphrey
Dr. Barry A. Humphrey has a background in Research and Development, focusing on the Logistics Technology Research Program. This program uses advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Augmented Reality, and Quantum Computing to enhance Warfighter support. Dr. Humphrey's strategic focus is to automate processes, mitigate supply chain risks, and leverage commercial best practices. He has previously held positions as an IT Business Relationship Manager for DLA Energy, an Information Technology Specialist for U.S. Army Cyber Command, and an IT Project Manager at the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital. He holds a B.S. in Molecular Biology, an M.A. in Information Systems Management, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Communications.

Randy Chambers
Randy Chambers is a seasoned operations leader and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience navigating complex environments. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Ready Force Cyber, Randy plays a pivotal role in steering the non-profit’s mission to provide elite AI and cybersecurity training to the next generation of defenders.
